Overview
Pfaff Digital is my independent AI application studio, based in Atlanta and built on more than twenty years of design and development experience. The practice brings together custom AI applications, agent systems, web development, and visibility in AI search.
The website gives that work a shared identity. It explains the services, introduces the products we build, and makes the technical approach available for visitors to inspect. As a project for my own business, it brings positioning, interface design, and engineering into the same piece of work.
Problem
A practice spanning design, development, AI, and marketing needs a clear point of view. A long list of services alone leaves visitors to work out how those capabilities fit together and which ones apply to their business.
The design challenge was to make that breadth understandable while giving technical buyers something concrete to evaluate:
- Explain AI through recognizable tasks, including lead qualification and customer support
- Connect the studio’s design background with its current application and automation work
- Give people and AI systems a consistent account of the business, its services, and its expertise
Objective
- Establish a clear identity for the studio around practical AI applications and senior design expertise
- Organize the services into paths visitors can follow from a business need to a conversation
- Bring products, demonstrations, and open-source work into the story as evidence of the practice
- Make the site’s content accessible to search and AI systems without compromising the visual experience

Solution
The site brings three parts of the practice together:
- A clear service structure. AI solutions, design and development, and digital marketing each have a defined place in the navigation. Service pages explain specific use cases, while the process page describes project builds, advisory work, and ongoing operation.
- Products that support the story. Black Glass Leads and WebMCP UI connect the studio’s services to software it builds and maintains. The product directory distinguishes the live beta, open-source work, and products still in development.
- An inspectable technical foundation. The site’s AI visibility case study documents its structured data, public llms.txt, and approach to interfaces that AI agents can use.
The invitation to get in touch stays consistent throughout: a discovery conversation with the people doing the work. Visitors can move from an overview to a specific service, explore supporting work, and reach out with that context.
Conclusion
Pfaff Digital brings my design and engineering practice into one coherent web experience. The visual identity establishes the tone; the service structure explains the offer; and the products and technical documentation give visitors a way to evaluate it. The site is a place to introduce the studio and demonstrate how it builds.
